To help you meet your emotional challenges, she offers you a safe space and empathic, caring support in your journey toward reconnecting with your own strengths and resources to overcome your obstacles. She holds strong convictions that, although we cannot change the past, we are inherently capable of creating the positive changes we seek in our lives. Moreover, learning never ends and transformation is a process. Your wellness is intricately linked to active participation in daily activities. Norma’s aim is to help you find purpose and joy in your life, despite your circumstances.
