Join our Team

Mandala House is an established, interdisciplinary group practice focused on child, adolescent, & adult outpatient mental health services, as well as training and research, in the Highlands area near downtown Louisville. We provide psychotherapy, psychiatric, and assessment services to a highly diverse population within an environment that appreciates system dynamics and mind-body connections. Many mental health disciplines are represented on our team:  Psychiatry, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Professional Counseling. We work collaboratively to provide informed care that is guided by science and clinical wisdom.

We are currently seeking to hire psychiatrists who value integrated care and see themselves as service innovators to join our practice. Because we accept most private and public insurance plans, we currently have a surplus of incoming referrals. We seek applicants who wish to actively engage in a collaborative treatment model and are committed to lifelong learning and compassionate care. A successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to enhance our dynamic, patient-centered practice and advance the field of psychiatry.
