Dylan Williams

Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

Dylan holds a BA in Psychology from Morehead State University and a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Campbellsville University. Dylan believes in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship. He understands, that at times, we all need to talk to someone who is honoring, empathetic, and validating.

Dylan enjoys working with couples who are looking to reconnect. His approach to couples therapy involves holding space for the client or couple to better understand themselves and honoring their humanity by working from their individual perspectives in order to explore and validate their sense of “stuckness” with empathy.

Dylan also has found a passion for working with queer folks and individuals with ADHD. Clients that Dylan has worked with range from adolescents to adults. Dylan meets clients and couples where they are. Working to find a place of understanding and grace that perfection is not the standard but effort and communication instead. Dylan is trained in advanced Emotion Focused Couples Therapy and working towards certification. He also has experience with trauma informed approaches and the Enneagram typology of personality.

In his spare time, Dylan enjoys making coffee in different ways, cooking meals for friends and family, and writing poetry while singing the soundtracks of his favorite musicals.

* Dylan Williams is licensed with the KY State Board of Marriage and Family Therapy as an MFTA under the supervision of Lucie Erlebachova, LMFT.
