Rebecca feels honored to provide a space to help you understand your needs and hopes, to help you touch the places that are bothering you with compassion and empathy, and help those places integrate towards wholeness, peace, and wisdom. Clients describe Rebecca as compassionate, personable, and effective.

Rebecca has worked as a counselor in Kentucky, Alaska, and Colorado since 2015. She provides a collaborative approach to help individuals and couples find ways to better cope with stress and relationship distress. Additionally, she has a passion to help individuals who feel paralyzed by domestic violence, trauma, and spiritual crisis. Her approach is eclectic.

Rebecca offers a variety of techniques such as the following: Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Activation Technique (BAT), Person Centered Recovery Planning (PCRP), Feminist Psychology, Multicultural, and intersectionality perspectives, Psychodrama and improv therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Based Therapy, somatic, dance, and movement therapies, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Reprocessing Method, mindfulness, and nature-based therapy. Evidence based methods and treatment planning are utilized to avoid “forever therapy,” employing your abilities to address the issue at hand and complete therapy, but offer an open door to therapy if or when you are ready to work again.
